Medal of honor spearhead goes to a gray screen Then gives an error message


hi i have been trying to fix this problem for a while and its very
irratiting it loads then a grey screen comes up with an error message
and then i cant continue

ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 74786574

^ what it says in description of error message

i would gladley appreciate anyones help to help me fix this problem
