We have Windows Vista. Installed Fable under a secondary account (not the
administrator account). We get an error and have to run the game in "Safe
Mode." The game loads, then when it "auto saves" at the beginning, we have
audio, but the screen goes black. How can this be fixed?

What video card do you have in the system?

If you press Start and start typing Performance Information and Tools in the search box (it should show up after the first few letters) and launch that and then click on View and print details your video card should be listed under "graphics".

I'm installing Fable now on my system to see if it works OK, I've needed an excuse to do this for a while. <g>
