Google is web-based, Patsy. You can use Outlook Express (or Windows Mail
on Vista) to easily directly access the Microsoft newsgroups via the
msnews.microsoft.com server and subscribe directly to any Microsoft
newsgroup you wish. If you open OE, go to Help, you'll see instructions
for setting up newsgroups. In Windows Mail on Vista, the server is
already set up. There is no logon, no sign-in and no passwords. It is
