Re: Downloading Question- Can my company block party poker?

Does the laptop belong to the school district? If so, you need to ask them.
It is their property.

I'm a teacher and I have a work issued laptop that I'm allowed to use at
home, on breaks from school, and all summer. Obviously, I do a lot of
work
on it, but my husband likes to use it for the party poker program.

The district refigured the laptops this week and now the party poker
program
is not working. I tried to download it again and it keeps saying, "Cannot
open the file" to install it.

Some of the party poker software is still on the computer. I tried to
uninstall the old programs and it just isn't working.

Is it possible to block programs from downloading, or am I just screwing
up
the installation somehow?

Thanks!
