I have completed the antivirus and malware scan but it did not show me
any grayware virus or anything else it just asked me to delete my
cookies and showed me my vulnerabalities and I just checked and my
runescape problem is still active.

Also, the presence of regsvc is highly suspicious as this service is a Windows Server family process, on any other platform it is most certainly associated with malware....
