Hi Paul i am sorry i haven't got back with u on this....i am sorry u have been sick.....ok u told me i might need to update my video drivers.....ok i have a dell computer intel inside pentium 4.....xp windows.....ok can u direct me to the place to find these drivers and update them....thanks a lot

http://www.dell.com/ might be a good bet - although potentially the video card manufacterer could have never ones. It's probably best if you find out the make and model of the video card, either by looking in the computers documentation or by the following guide: http://www.windowsresource.net/guides/hardware.php
