Hello, I recieved the above encyclopedia as a free gift, but it was for Win 95 and
I have Win XP Home but I installed it and when I tried to open it, a
dialogue box opens saying:- "The sound software is not installed properly or
has been disabled. This title will now terminate,
Continue/quit
I have checked the sound card via DXDIAG and it is working OK. I have no
sound problems with any other software. Please can anyone help. Thank you.

RE: media center freezes...wont play back recorded TV program ... Your symptoms sound remarkable like mine, ... cable computer & internet on all the time..I also have voice over internet. ...
