Hi Sparten,
Okay, since you have an AGP card with recent drivers that means that
the report from Intel that your onboard video is disabled is accurate as
you are using AGP video in place of the onboard video chipset.
Now let's see which update you need to updated your chipset drivers.
I'm not going to cover extras such as the application accelerator as that
will just be adding extra variables into an already complex equation. :-)
This is your CHIPSET driver.. grab it right away and install it:
