Hi Ron,

Lets see if this solution solves your problem.

Go to control panel-Accesibility options.

Select Accesibility options
A windows opens..

Sticky keys must be already selected for you as you are using it..if
not select it.

Go to last option 'General'-----In administration options--

-select apply all setting to Logon desktop & default for new users
(basically both the options).

Restart your Pc and check..

Ms actually accepted that it's a bug..but dont know whether the patch
is acutally released..
