Have you installed the "latest" graphics drivers since you upgraded? What
type of upgrade did you do? Are you talking about going to XP SP2 or
upgrading over another operating system with Windows XP? I would suggest
you download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's web site (not
Windows Update) and then install in Safe Mode (F8 on boot) so nothing but a
generic driver is functioning.
