I need to know why I cannot play AOE:Conquerors online at Zone MSN.

Internet:
I am using cable internet. My provider is Charter communications

http://www.charter.com/site/pagenotfound.aspx?404;http://www.charter.com/products/internet/internet.asp

Router:
I am using a Linksys BEFSR41

At Zone:
I can get into a room where it shows who's going to get launched to
the game. Once the host launches, I wait a minute or two having the
screen say "setting up multiplayer", then I get a "Unable to join" on
the screen eventually. It takes me back to room where it shows who's
going to get launched to the game. I have opened ports and have
searched for numerous possibilities. This is probably my last resort.
If you know of anything that can help me (sites/whatever) please let
it be known to me.

In the past:
I used to be able to play this when I had dial-up. Now that I have a router
and an internet connection I can't play.

Thank you all.
