Have you tried running the instalation software that came with the webcam?
That sort of thing ussually needs a driver from a CD or floppy to be of any
use. It might work running the add hardware function in the control panel.
For the game make sure you have DirectX version 9.0b anf run the DXDIAG.EXE
to test you video accelerator function. After you run the tests use the
option to save the log file and inquire in microsoft.public.games,
microsoft.public.games.discusions or microsoft.public.simulators. Please
include your system specifications including your video accelerator
identification in the game or simulator group and that you have a DXDIAG log
available. Also indicate the game title and what version of Windows is
specified in its minimum requirements.
