First of all, please stop typing in all CAPS, it is considered
shouting, and very RUDE ( And it is very difficult to read as well).
As you read on the TAC ( The Adventure Company aka Dreamcatcher)
website, this is a known problem, which affects a number of games..
You need to obtain the following "hotfix" from microsoft:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;833509
You will have to call microsoft support on the telephone to get this
hotfix, as it is not publicly released yet (apparently it is to be
released as part of service pack 2 later this year).
