I'm having also problems to run old games, and I read all
the documents that you point us. thanks.
The game Need for Speed 2 that works fine here in my work,
not works in my home, I tryed the compability mode but
don't works with any configuration. :(
I read about Service Pack 1, that is installed here in my
work where the game run without problems, but isn't
installed in my home. This could be the problem.
I saw that SP1 is a online update, but my machine with
winXP don't have internet access, I only have a slow
internet access at home in my old machine with modem 33.6.
Can I download the service pack 1 here from my work where
I have a fast connection and burn a CD and install SP1 at
my home? where can I download the SP1?
is this possible?
thanks,
Freddy
