Screen Not Maximized

Anyone know why my applications don't utilize the entire
screen. As an example, I have a flight simulator game
that use to utilize the entire screen when running. Now,
it only uses an area about 6 by 6 inches. All of my other
programs have similar problems.

Anyone?

Thanks.
