The component to include is "Terminal Server Remote Desktop" and
resolve its dependencies.
Also, according to this older post:
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windowsxp.embedded/browse_thread/thread/3c88404acc8e4667/95d05ab56781c792?hl=en&lnk=gst&q=%22Remote+Desktop%22#95d05ab56781c792
you may need a "WinLogon" image instead of a "MinLogon" image. In
general, this will probably increase the size of your image by quite a
lot. (make a backup copy of your SLX before experimenting.)
It might be possible for you to meet your needs using "Registry
editor" and "Remote Registry Service" components instead.

I have a minimal build XPe system with command shell. I can use 'net use'

from my notebook (don't care about going the other way). I'm not sure what
the reference is for 'client' and 'server' but I've tried adding the Terminal
Service client and theRemote DesktopTerminal Server but in both cases I
can't get past the very initial connection screen from my notebook and it
says I can't connect and to see the computer administrator. I don't have the
Windows Firewall installed.
The XPe system is just a computer on the LAN with no entry in the Standard PC
'workgroup' setting and my notebook is part of the domain. What component(s)
do I need on the XPe system to be able toRemote Desktopto it?
