CreateProcessWithLogonW

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi All,
I am trying to use CreateProcessWithLogonW() API in my
application. It works on XP Pro, but fails on XPe. The failure message
says "service not installed". Does anyone have any idea what component
is required for this?

Thank you,
AJ
