Maybe you are missing "HTML Help Engine" component from your image?

Am trying to load a 3 USB Modem. System tells me that software is loaded ok.
However, I then get a message that reads "Can't Load hhctrl.ocx" ????? 3 Help
people have been absolutely useless !!!! Has anybody any ideas on how to
