Configure the RAID controller in the BIOS. Format the RAID using diskpart or some other utility. Make sure that you have the RAID driver component in the image before downloading the XPe image to the RAID
drivers.

I have a Supermicro PDSNE+ motherboard which use intel 3010 chipset.
