Upgrading from SP1 to SP2

I"m sure this has been covered before and appologies but I have not been on
the newgroup in a long time.
I have a build of several devices in SP1 and I'm needing to move to SP2. Is
there a link on the MS webiste on upgrading? Do I just download a file for
the update? Where?
I was planning to install my TD onto a different PC for this and do all the
updates to SP2 and make a fresh build.
