Without digging into much details here, first that comes to my mind:
- You misspelled the entry point name. Should be Control_RunDLL
- No need to specify the path to ncpa.cpl. The command should look like:
%11%\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL ncpa.cpl
- Please test the command with CMD at run time first to see if it works on your image. Then you can automate it with FBA.

Hi!!!... I have an error in my distribution when I execute FBA General
Command (with phase: 8504) for open the connection control panel. I put:
%11%\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Contol_RunDLL %11%\ncpa.cpl. The error is:
Windows can't find the file '/idlist,:184:1276'
I don't know why it can not find the file. I put other commands like it but
with other arguments like btprops.cpl and it works fine. Have u got some
idea?? VERY THANKSSS
