Regarding the default keyboard, you may configure it in Target Designer
while setting the "Default input language" of the component "Regional and
language options" to "French - France".

Thank you but to clarify what I want to do; if the user selects Francais
from the available languages I want the keyboard to change to
"French-France". If the user selects English I want to keyboard to be
"English - England". For Italiano I want the Italy keyboard to automatically
be selected.
