how to overwrite the registry value in administrator/user account

i need to modify some default registry value under "hkey_current_user"
for several my "user accounts" and also the "administrator account".
however, when i select "Registry Data" under those components, the
"Add" option is disabled.

how would i do this? should i just add a script in "documents and
settings/defalut user" after FBA process, and those registry changes
will be applied when the users log in for the first time.

oh, i only want those changes applied once.
