Dear smartslack,
According to MS document, "Windows Embedded Studio" aimes to enable you
to create, select, and manipulate the components you want in your run-time
image, build the image, and deploy it to your embedded device.
If you want to create driver for XPE or XPP, please try to use DDK.
You are able to reference following links for more information of DDK
and WDM.

Hello !!
I need some information regarding device driver developement for xpe.
Microsoft provides the target design tools called "Windows Embedded
Studio". Can we develop Driver for xpe using this tool..
