Does anybody successfully install VMWare server on XPe?

Hello all,

I googled many articles about running XPe under VMWare, but I need actually upside down - start VMWare under the XPe.

I have full blown XPe image that runs perfectly. I tried to install VMWare Server 1.0.1 (latest) on that machine. The server installed correctly, albeit it couldn't find network bridging components and I had to point it to a right directory. The web-interface was also not installed.

At this stage I've entered a License key and manage to create and start Virtual machine. All works quite OK.

After XPe restart the VMWare refuses to work. It gives warning in the Event Log with ID: 100 and with Source: vmauthd, like this:
The description can not be found... blah-blah-blah,
Process creation failed with error 2
..

The VMWare Server Console takes 1-2 minutes to connect to the local host and it doesn't see any created Virtual machines, and can't create a new machines...

Has anybody working VMWare server on XPe? Any other ideas?
