If you go to the configuration UI for the 'Windows Firewall/Internet
Connection Sharing (ICS)' component you should find in the "Globally Open
Ports" section an entry for "Remote Desktop". Just make sure that is
enabled. For reference the port is TCP : 3389.
Cheers.

hello i'm still having problemes with the renote desktop of my xpe image.
I want to have the remote desktop configured and running since the target
designer.
I have added: the Terminal Services macro component to my configuration
I have added: an user acount with administrator privileges.
But i am not able to connect to the xpe ( can`t connect to the remote
device...)
in the documentation it says:
"If your device requires Terminal Server functionality, be aware that the
component default is set to automatically allow server connections, but
only the Administrator group has access."
But witch component and where?
anyway i think it could be becouse of the windows firewall componet
(sp2 ).
Should i add any exe to the Authorized applications (i only have the
sessmgr.exe)
thnaksssssssssss
