I have XPe SP2 running just fine with the firewall and control applet
installed. There are two network adapters installed on my platform and
I would like the firewall running on only one. I configured the
firewall in the 'Advanced' tab to be active on that specific adapter.
When our application runs it is still blocking ports on the other
network adapter! If I remove the check boxes for both adapters in the
'Advanced' tab, the firewall still blocks traffic!
Am I missing something simple or is there a known issue with the
firewall? I could really use help on this one as we are approaching
verification very soon.

Post results of netsh firewall... it does it stay enabled after you reboot into Safe Mode with networking? ...computers that don't have the same problem. ...network adapters are especially prone to the problem. ...
