I need to know if this is a service pack issue or if it is a component issue in the XPembedded build.

I've not noticed any problems with the Custom looroll printers that we use here, so I would say that it's not likely to be an SP2 issue. Can you get a list of differences between custom's normally working build and the one on which they found the problem, or is it a matter of sp1/sp2?
