Another PID question but this one is different

Ok so I have read a bunch of PID topic and I haven't seen this
situation.

I purchased 30 thin clients from HP with the XPe OS on them. I have
built my image with the eval embedded studio to make sure I can it to
work and it did. I then purchased the embedded studio and rebuilt my
image. The problem is the only thing I got from HP is a sticker inside
the thin that is in this format:
On Line 1 "Windows XP Embedded" Line 2 "XXXXX-XXX-XXX-XXX" Line
3"XXX-XXXXX".
I believe that is just a tracking ID. How do I get my PID, I shouldn't
have to buy licenses b/c I already own them. Any help is greatly
appreciated.
