"HTML Help Author Message" from XPe SP2 Target Designer component help

If I right-click on a component in the Target Designer's configuration
editor pane and then select Component Help, a window like this pops up:

"HTML Help Author Message
The window name "Analog TV" passed to HH_GET_WIN_TYPE has not been
specified.
[ok]"

I click OK, and the same window is posted a second time, and then the
correct help screen is brought up. Anyone else see this? Is this a
programming error in Target Designer?

This version of XPe SP2 has been installed off the official Microsoft
CDs without incident using the local database option. I have
successfully deployed a HD based image with EWF. This XPe Studio setup
appears to be working fine otherwise.

Thanks,
