data component setup pb

I have this error message when i'm trying top setup database component.

Error 1309.Error reading from file: C:\install_xpe\DISK2\Database\Windows
Embedded Data\Repositories\{347677C8-8935-4d30-8DDA-FB6D701ACF47}.CAB.
System error 3. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
