the problem has been solved.
After I install the Vidio card driver,"Standby" can work!

First,I worked at VMWare Virtual Machine,"Standby" doesn't work.
I tryed to enable or disable EWF, but the result is same.
Now, I create image for a real PC."Standby" still doesn't work. Am I lose
something?"ACPI Uniprocess PC" has included in image.
