System Cloning no longer changes machine name

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

In the last build I did, after reseal, the machine name is no longer getting changed. I haven't changed anything - the appropriate setting in that component is 1 as it has always been. Could something else be stopping the machine name from changing?
