Not really sure what you are doing over there. More details on what you trying to launch or schedule would be helpful.
Perhaps the 2147942405 is an error code ("Access denied").
How do you schedule events? "at" command?
If so, run it with Regmon/Filemon being launched and monitoring the system,. Then you may be able to see if there is anything
missing or access denied on your system for that command.

Have looked around and all I can find is Q138340 and a reference to an
account becomming locked out. We intsalled KB904706, KB908519, and KB912919;
then scheduled a reboot.
Some of the machines, due to missing help files just retured at1.job
%%2147942405. Anyone got any ideas?
