I have created a simple customer shell - but I don't understand:
- how this shell can apply to only the single user and not admin.
All you have to do is to set up [HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell] keys for all the
users you want to have custom shells for. Note that HKCU branch.
