The Product Key you one use once when you're installing the XPe ToolKit (TD and database).
(yes, you can call he Product Key as PID with some sense. But please don't do that as there is particular terminology for the
product related stuff that you should use so that other people could understand you correctly)

PID is the runtime license ID that you can read of COA stickers and that should be in format I mentioned earlier that is
xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. Only such number would work for you.

None of the numbers you mentioned is the runtime PID since the numbers are not in proper format.

If I were you I'd call the distributor and clarify what the heck licences and PID numbers you have purchases through them.
