Different IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers on Clone

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Dear all,

We recently got a Clone which has a different IDE ATA/ATAPI controller on
the motherboard.
During Cloning this different controller is detected and installed as it is
included in the Image.
But the secondary IDE Channel is not set up right at this first boot on the
clone.
Hence the second boot on the clone lasts longer and I get informed by
EventViewer in System
that he tries: "The device \Device\Ide\IdePort1 did not respond within the
timeout period"
and later on: "The driver detected a controller error on
\Device\Ide\IdePort1
It seems that he then can install the secondary IDE channel correctly but
the Image is than
already EWF protected so it has no effect.
(If I commit the image manually everything works well).

Does anybody have a solution that everything is installed at the first boot
?
Any hints how this install is done, what could have gone wrong or where I
can read about it ?

Thanks in advance,
Wolfgang
