Help with Remote assistance

I using remote assistance to help a user on a XPe machine, however everytime
I offer Remote assistance the XPe machine I see a dialog box(on the XPe
machine) saying "Your buddy has accepted your Remote Assistance invitation
and is ready to connect to your computer" and the Yes No buttons are grayed
out.

Then there is another dialog box that says remote assistance failed. Please
try again.

Both send and receiver are local admins on each machine, and the check box
to allow this pc to be controlled remotely is checked.

Anyone have any ideas?
