ACPI enabled image and IRQs...

Hello everybody,
I installed a Wireless PC Card Modem on my system under XPPro.
It installs 2 NEC PCI to USB Controllers, a modem and a Com Port.
Everything looks nice in device manager.
I should add that most of the usb controllers, the cardbus controller,
and firewire share IRQ 10. But this should be ok.
However when I run my XPe image (TAP made from Full XP Pro) with ACPI
the IRQs are distributed differently. And because of this the OS
partially detects th pc card but freezes during pnp installing a USB
Root Hub.
I tested my image with "Standard PC" and it detects other type of
pc-cards
but when I insert my wireless modem I get a System Information message
box saying:
"The device "Texas Instruments PCI1410 Cardbus Controller" has detected
a cardbus card in its slot, but the firmware on this system is not
configured to allow the Cardbus controller to be run in CardBus Mode.
The Operating System will currently accept only 16-bit (R2) pc-cards in
this computer."
Basically I want to use this pc card with my ACPI enabled image.
I know that there is no way to change the IRQs in ACPI image, but my
goal is to get the IRQ numbering in the same way as in XPPro.
Any ideas??
