ASP.NET appln. on XPe and IIS on XPe

Hi,

I am looking for information about deploying ASP.NET application on embedded
XP using Apache HTTP Server.

1. I am told that IIS has severe limitations on XPe with regard to the
number of simultaneous users. Is that right ? I have yet to see any
documentation on that. Any pointers in that direction would be of great help.

2. Is there an XPe emulator like the one they have for Win CE ?
