The resolution to this problem was the run-time PID, not the tools product
key. Though TD did not warn that the image was evaluation and would expire
as it did when no PID was used, the PID I had been given was apparently not
valid or only an evaluation PID. I have since built the project with a
current PID and the evaluation copy message is now gone.
