David,
Unless you want to find out what component makes the build error, you may want to check:
- If you are logged on in a user with enough privileges (Administrators group only, not Guests or Limited user groups)
- If you are running any AV software on the dev machine. If you do - turn it off.
- Make sure the WSH version installed on your machine is the latest (5.6)
