Hi,
I'm not used to AAEON boards but I work for one of its competitors.
This issue can occur if in the BIOS settings, the Video output is
configured to "PCI First" instead of "M/B" or "Internal".
So what I suggest would be to take another PCI VGA board and try to boot
the Motherboard again. You should get a display that would allow you to
enter the BIOS and change the settings.
