I see. So you are still below the limit of 500Mb.
As you have probably seen in this NG mentioned a few times, XPe images rarely exceed 500Mb size. Even XPProEmulation is ~ 800Mb
uncompressed and close to 500Mb when compressed.
But please keep in mind that XPe images are not XP Pro like! Beside some MS applications (MS Office, etc.) there is more features
(e.g., WFP) that are not available on XPe.
Regarding the legal usage of XPe.. the main rule would be not to cross XP Pro borders :-)
