Lars,
I am sorry you have to put so much effort just to install the toolkit. Frankly, this is the first time I hear about issues with
registering XPe ToolKit Dlls. That should not be a problem at all.
It must be some software on your machine (could be MS SP2 :-) ) that prevents you to work with those Dlls.
(I assumed you ran the installation from an admin account so no permissions issues).
Anyway, when you re-install everything, start with XPP SP1. Don't yet upgrade to SP2. You can do that any time later after you
install the XPe ToolKit.

That was indeed what I saw...
I've tried downloading the package about 10 times, to all sorts of
locations, with
and without spaces in the path and local and networked disks and you
wouldn't know
what. Didn't help..
Just updated WSH, don't know if what I had was 5.6 but at least it is now.
Didn't help, unfortunately...
Right now, I'm considering reinstalling my entire workstation from scratch,
actually...
Blah. Maybe I should try Linux embedded? :)
Regards,
Lars Ove
