Document on secure web site - question for MS

This is on the secure web site.......

On December 10, 2004 MS will make available a whitepaper describing how to
use the Microsoft Windows XP Embedded toolkit to create an Image for
Embedded Systems that permits end user installation of support software,
including anti-virus software.

Its now the 20th December, any ideas when we can expect this.
