Failed to self-register file.ocx

I have launch new cashier software in windows embedded, and at the end of
setup, i get a pop up with error message : failed to self register
aMSwebrowser.ocx.
I have no problem under Windows XP Pro.
I'd like to know if there is a specific component to enable register ocx ?
File regsvr32.exe is already exist.
