I've noticed this problem too, and can only hope Microsoft will fix it
before the final version is released.
The other problem's that I've noticed, are that AutoLogon doesn't work
properly, and that the firewall is always enabled after FBA, regardless of
the settings in Target Designer. The firewall being enabled was a known bug
on the Microsoft's BETA site, and I filed a bug-report for the AutoLogon not
working, shortly before XPeSP2 dissapeared from the Microsoft's BETA site.
