Hi Maarten,
Are you serious? Read how much info you gave us and you expect some valid response.
Is this a driver failing or program failing?
If driver give us STOP code and driver involved.
Which one?
What do you have in setupapi.txt and fbalog send them here.
What hardware?
How did you created your image?
