AHA! I fixed it by going to my repository directory, selected Sharing &
Security, then on the Sharing tab clicked Permissions. I saw the "Everyone"
entry, so I added my own username and gave myself Full Control. Brought up
CDM and imported my updated component with no errors, including updating the
repository files.
Thanks a lot! I had asked this question a couple times before with no
helpful responses. I had been looking at all the folder permissions and
didn't think to look at the network sharing permissions.
